Howard Farran DDS, MBA, MAGD has been in practice since 1987. He has spent the last 11 years studying, writing and lecturing. Dr. Farran is a noted lecturer on the business of dentistry, has captivated audience around the world with his innovative, informational and entertaining style.
He is publisher of DentalTown Magazine, and founder of www.DentalTown.com "where the dental community lives". He continues to practice full time at his Today's Dental family practice in Phoenix, AZ.

Dr Michael Melkers DDS FAGD graduated at Marquette University School of Dentistry. He and his wife, Dr Jeanine McDonald practice general dentistry in Spokane, Washington with an emphasis on comprehensive and restorative care. Together, they received their Fellowships in The Academy of General Dentistry in 2003.
Dr. Melkers balances his time between private practice, teaching research and publishing. Dr. Melkers has presented in the United States, Asia and Mexico on occlusion issues, full mouth rehabilitation, doctor-ceramist communication and direct composite sculpting, as well as providing hands on programs on occlusion, splint therapy, articulation and direct composite artistry.
Dr Lee Ann Brady, D.M.D. earned her DMD degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. She maintained a private restorative dental practice in Florida for 17 years before leaving full time private practive to devote her time to teaching. While in private practice Dr. Brady taught part-time at the Santa Fe Community College Dental Hygiene Program. Dr. Brady joined the Pankey Institute as a full time clinical instructor in 2005 and was appointed to the position of Clinical Director. She currently serves as Vice President of the Clinicial Education with the Spear Institute. In addition to her responsibilities for the Spear Institute Dr. Brady maintains a part-time private practice.

Dr. Tassos Irinakis DDS, MSc, Dip. Perio, FRCD (C) is the Director of Graduate Periodontics & Implant Surgery at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, Canada.
He is also the founder and director of I.D.E.A.S. Institute for Dental Education & Advanced Surgeries. He serves UBC with the rank of Associate Clinical Professor in the Division of Periodontics.
After completing his dental degree Dr. Irinakis worked in private practice for a year prior to continuing his education at the University of British Columbia where he received his specialty training in Periodontics, Bone Grafting and Implant Surgery.
He was awarded the “McAnulty Memorial Prize” for Excellence in Periodontics in 2001.
His postgraduate education led to a Diploma in Periodontics and a Masters degree in Oral Biology. He continued to obtain his Fellowship with the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. Dr. Irinakis was recently awarded the "2005 Educator Award" from the American Academy of Periodontology.
He is a Periodontal Consultant for Vancouver General Hospital and for the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia. He also maintains 2 private practices performing a variety of esthetic periodontal & advanced implant surgeries in Vancouver, B.C. & Calgary, AB.
Dr Lincoln Harris BDSc (hons) Founder of Harris & Callaway graduated with first class honors from University of Queensland, Australia with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 1998 and was made a member of the Golden Key Club for Academic Excellence.
Dr Harris’s main focus is The Business of Dentistry. Having made most mistakes in the book (although rarely twice), Dr Harris has learned tried and true techniques to incorporate more complex procedures without scaring off current patients.
Finding many techniques and lectures did not seem to work in his practice, Dr Harris realised that a lot of dental practice management experts were just telling us what we wanted to hear, or worse, were just providing denatl lecture entertainment. Dr harris has set about slicing away the nonsense and leaving tried and true techniques that really work. He'll tell you what you need to hear to have a rapidly growing practice, not just what sounds good in a lecture.
Dr Harris opened his boutique dental practice in 2000. offering comprehensive aesthetic dental solutions to selective clients, and soon gained a requtation for exceptional client service and care. Lincoln says "It takes a significant investment in continuing education to remain at the forefront of exceptional dentistry."
